Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope
These terms apply to all contracts between Brinkly. - Digital Solutions (sole proprietorship), represented by Oliver Brinkschulte, Gerichtsweg 36, 53227 Bonn, Germany (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer via brinkly.ai.
§ 2 Subject Matter
The subject of the contract is the acquisition of digital content (PDF documents) made available for download after payment is received.
§ 3 Prices and Payment
The price includes applicable VAT. Payment is processed via Stripe.
§ 4 Delivery
After payment is received, the download link is immediately provided by email and on the website. The link is valid for at least 30 days.
§ 5 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See withdrawal instructions for details. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for digital content when the customer has consented to immediate provision.
§ 6 Copyright
The customer receives a simple, non-transferable right of use for personal use. Distribution, reproduction, and public access are prohibited.
§ 7 Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. Liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
§ 8 Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The provider is not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 9 Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Bonn, provided the customer is a merchant.
